Is their any law to sue these company or persons who are liable for this short of act?

If my queries of lottery is true then is there any appropirate law to file a case against them in a name of a company like “Aus intl lotto progrm”with the proof of the email that they have send to me.Like with the name of their banking superior as stated mr.Andrew Kemma,director funds remittance and cash transfer dept,union Bank of nigeria plc.Coz they have used the name of the bank,so is this person exists in that particular bank or not?Also in the letter head of the bank they have given the full address of the bank viz”UBNAfrica plc.
International Remittance Department,no 36,Marina,Lagos,Nigeria.with a telephone no +2348050547431.so if possible to sue them up then what”ld i do for that?coz they are harrasing and cheating people if its true.

Everything in that is a fraud. There are no real people involved by name to pursue. Listing a bank on a letter head can be cone by anyone; doesn’t mean the bank can keep track of EVERYONE who knows their address.

People need to get smarter. There has never been a free lunch, and if it seems too good to be true, it HAS to be a fraud.
