Florida Lottery for schools? Why so many cuts / layoffs?

Hi I'm from Florida and have only a curious question lottery. It was announced that the answer to rising school budgets and "if you buy a ticket that is sure future educational systems. but years has decreased a lot, now theyre trying to make promised raises for teachers and the dismissal of many. Free meals for those who do many are declined with many other things. plz my question is because I believe that Florida or state employees about what happened to millions of dollars earned each week for the lottery? appears as a lie in my view. thks

You took like Illinois did. Politicians tried to say that the lottery was for the benefit of schools I do not remember not seeing all those millions. I also lived in Florida and found everything to be one of the main reasons for the failures was that it was a great "state" School district, district no less, as in IT. The area was so large, it was ridiculous. The children had friends who lived just 50 miles. There was nothing more than the bureaucracy to do anything. My son in second grade, was never an assignment book and when I interviewed school administrators about what they have said that the school district does not have enough money to provide paperback books (like a classic Moby Dick, for example). So I offered to buy the paperbacks in the English class and all had been refused because they said it would be unfair to the other students in the county. So there you have it. Big administered districts county government. No, no parental involvement.
